Description: The Nightingale Housing waiting list provides a unique opportunity to gain insights into the housing choices and needs of households attracted to living more sustainably in areas of urban consolidation. Data collection will involve surveys and interviews with households registered on the waiting list.

Title: CoHousing Design Processes and Experiences
Researcher: Dr Jasmine Palmer
Description: This project follows the process of the design of Nightingale's first cohousing project in collaboration with the future community. The 'Urban Coup Near & Tall' design workshops are being documented and interviews are being undertaken with key stakeholders.
