Michelle’s research focuses on work-family interaction, worker health and well-being, and resilience. Michelle conducts applied research in the built environment, higher education, and with project management practitioners. Michelle retains close links with industry through her applied research, as well as through engagement with the Project Management Institute, Resilient Melbourne, and the International Global Resilience Research Network.
